returns & refunds policy
Any cancellations, returns or exchange are governed by this policy (“Return Policy”). The Return Policy is applicable for 7 days since your purchase. Unfortunately, we could not be to entertain any claims of refund and exchange after that.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once shipped, any requests for returns will be subject to all the following conditions:
a) Items not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts will not be accepted
b) Items that have been opened or that show obvious signs of use will not be accepted
c) Replacement request must be made within 7 days of purchase
Once we receive the items that are requested for return/exchange, we will inspect the item as per the terms within this policy. If approved, then the refund will be processed a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
We recommend that you purchase shipping insurance as we don’t guarantee that we will receive any items that you return.
